Returns/Exchanges:

Customer service is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a non custom item, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and be completely unused.

Simply call us within 30 days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is valid for 10 business days. The Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package in order to be accepted by our warehouse. Please note that shipping charges to return the items are the responsibility of the customer. In addition, if your order was shipped to you free of charge, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Upon receipt of your approved return, Whims 'n Doodles will issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) less shipping to the credit card used for your purchase. Should you choose to exchange the returned item shipping charges will apply.

Custom-designed canvas’s and customizable décor items require payment in full upon order. Because these items are crafted to your specifications, Whims 'n Doodles cannot accept returns of custom items.

SAFETY

While Whims 'n Doodles works to review the safety of all Products, Whims 'n Doodles cannot be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased on the site. In addition, Whims 'n Doodles is not responsible for copyright, registration or licensing infringement of Products sold on the site.
